What To Expect

06:00 Delhi to Agra

Pick-up from your Accommodation in Delhi, Gurgaon or Noida in the early morning by private, air-conditioned vehicle to begin your journey to Agra.

Along the way, chat to your private driver and gaze out over India’s passing landscapes and villages.

After roughly three hours, arrive in bustling Agra, the home of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Taj Mahal. Get tantalizing glimpses of this incredible 17th-century building as you approach.

Then, on arrival, meet your local guide.

09:15 Taj Mahal

Stop first at the Taj Mahal and hear about the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, who built the Taj Mahal for his beloved wife.

Next, visit the massive Agra Fort, which combines Hindu and Central Asian architectural styles. Your guide shows you the maze of courtyards, private chambers, and mosques that lie within the fort's walls and convey the story of the Mughal Empire.

13.00 Lunch

Lunch Break in an air-conditioned Restaurant.

14.00 Shopping time

Your next excursion in the city includes free time to shop for souvenirs (own expense). Agra is well known for its intricate handicrafts and embroidery work.

15.00 Fatehpur Sikri

last stop to see Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted 16th-century capital of the Mughal Empire. As you walk around the complex and adjoining Jama Masjid mosque and Victory Gate (Buland Darwaza), learn how Fatehpur was built in 1539 and then abandoned just a decade later.

17.00 Drive back to delhi

Your day trip then ends with a hotel drop-off back in Delhi at approximately 20.00

I had a fantastic time! I had a personal driver and a personal guide. My guide speaks exceptional English, knows so much about the history for the region. I travelled alone, my guide took a lot of photos at really good spots in Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and fatehpur sikri Highly recommended!

Guide was great ! His English and Spanish were very fluent . He was very well informed on all history of the places he showed us. The driver was also very kind and was giving us drinks all the time ! Best tour so far !

Rahul is a very friendly guide who had a lot of knowledge of Agra. They arrived on time at the hotel and the tour was very pleasant, Rahul told us some great things about the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and the Fatehpur! After the tour of the Taj Mahal, we finished it off with a delicious lunch in Agra. I highly recommend everyone to book the tour and ask for Rahul:) Thanks!

We enjoyed very much our day in Agra. The driver picked us up on time and was nice. The guide shaan is very nice and is full of the knowledge of the places we went, especially Taj Mahal. We liked it a lot.

In my opinion my guide brought the experience to life. The beauty of Taj Mahal became real and we really appreciate his ability to make us understand. He was brilliant, communicative and most knowledgeable and patient. We shared life experience and hope to establish a friendship. My driver was excellent, he is a professional who went out of his way to help his clients and for that we will never forget this experience.
