There is no cancellation fee once Customers Cancel at least 7 day(s) prior to the date of the activity or tour. There is 50% cancellation fee for Customers to Cancel 3 and 6 day(s) prior to the date of the activity or tour. There is 100% cancellation fee for Customers to Cancel 2 day(s) prior to the date of the activity or tour.
100% Cancellation fee for customers to cancel 30 days prior to the tour and 50% cancellation fee 31-45 days prior to the tour.
Cancel up to 1 day in advance for a full refund.

TRUTHFUL DETAILS:

The details transferred by the supplier on our privatetour.com website must be honest and truthful and all Products and Services sold must be reflected accurately on the tour page, any deviation could result in refunds, penalties or operator account suspensions.

COMPLIANCE WITH CONDITIONS FOR MEETING POINTS:

The responsibility for arriving on time at the set meeting points, health regulations and having the correct travel documents (when the customer is travelling abroad for the tour or activity) lies with the customer.

The Customer is responsible for observing any additional terms and conditions as set out by the Operator who also reserves the right to exclude participants who do not meet these conditions.

PAYMENTS & PRICING:

All payments are due to be paid in full at the booking stage; please note tours and activities will not be secured until any and all fees are paid.
All Prices listed are per person unless specified.
Prices are based on the local currency at the time of quoting and converted depending on the currency exchange rate by the operator.
Quotations are subject to change until confirmation of booking.
Unless specified, prices do not include any local taxes or use-fees, including foreign departure fees, security, port/dock charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger-facility charges or any international transportation tax.
Unless specified prices do not include any gratuities, passport and visa fees; baggage and any personal insurances; any items of a personal nature, taxes or duties and any beverages or food.

TICKETS/VOUCHERS:

Once you have paid in full for your tour you will receive a privatetour.com voucher, print same and present it to the operator of the tour with photo identification as failure to present this will result in issues with you accessing the booked service.

INSURANCE:

Services provided do not include insurance (unless otherwise stated by the tour/activity operator), you are solely responsible for providing insurance protection which has various requirements depending on the activity.

OPERATOR CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM:

The Operator reserves the right due to unavoidable and unforeseen conditions to make any non-essential changes to the tour program.

TIME ZONE:

All deadlines and times are to be followed by the local time of the operator.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS CHANGES:

Any changes made to the Operators Terms and Conditions shall stand for future bookings. However, any booking made prior to the changes shall be covered under the terms and conditions at the time of booking.

DISCLOSURES & PRIVACY POLICY:

View our current privacy policy for your protection, however, there are some circumstances where if we determine it necessary we may disclose customer profiles, IP address and any other details on file to other parties for the protection of the Private Tour Inc.
Company employees, members, customers and systems to ensure the smooth and true operation of our business in conjunction with compliance of governmental and legal requests while this may conflict with privatetour.com privacy policy shall take precedence.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:

OPERATORS PAYMENT TERMS & FEES:

Access to our company payment terms, conditions and fees for operators, Affiliate Partner and Travel Agents are available once after the company sign up.
By agreeing to the terms you are confirming that your company is financially in a position to agree to our set payment terms. Failure to comply with our conditions or requests for any adjustments in the agreed payment terms after a booking will result in your account being immediately removed from our platform.

TOUR COMPLETION CONFIRMATION / VOUCHER DETAILS

At the start of any Tour Product and Service, it is the operator's responsibility to obtain the voucher from the customer (digital or paper copy).
The completion code for the activity is on the customer voucher and the details will need to be uploaded to the dashboard after the tour completion.

LAND AND WATER TRANSFER OPERATORS:

In order to have your account approved for Transfers to be uploaded to our platform all up to date licenses and legal documentation for operating transfers will need to be uploaded on your account or sent to accounts@privatetour.com for authorisation.

OPERATOR OR CUSTOMER DEPOSITS

We do not take deposits for products under any circumstances we work as the booking agent if you are not in a position to cover the costs of the activities please only upload or purchase what your business can cover or what is affordable to you.

CONTENT:

Some content that you have contributed to privatetour.com maybe edited, adjusted and formatted for clarity and grammar.
We may use your brand and services content for advertising and promotion, and you are not entitled to claim any monies from privatetour.com for same.

LIABILITY:

Errors and Omissions including inaccuracies in the information, pricing, and availability uploaded on the privatetour.com website may occur, and we disclaim any liability and do not guarantee the accuracy displayed on the website.
Privatetour.com do not warrant the precision and are not liable for any incorrect information relating to the description and services shown on the website including pricing, photographs, general descriptions, availability and reviews.
