Overview

Take a 4-day cruise on the Nile onboard the MS Amoura River Yacht. Each of the cabins comprises of a panoramic window where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery as you glide along. There is also a fabulous sundeck for you to relax and enjoy as you travel from Aswan and back in comfort and style.

Our Reflections Guide will be waiting to meet and assist you at Aswan Airport or Railway Station and then escort you on a tour to the brilliant Philae Temple and the famous High Dam.

After this enjoy taking a stroll in Aswan Market and see the sites and experience the smells of the exotic spices. Following on you will be taken to embark on your Dahabiya Nile Yacht and enjoy lunch on board.

Visit Kom Ombo Temple which has two sanctuaries dedicated to the Crocodile God Sobek and the Falcon God Horus. Proceed on for a relaxing journey to the temple of Gebel el Silsila. You will be amazed as we tie up alongside the Speos of Hormheb. If it is possible dinner will be served in the grounds of the illuminated Temple, or on the upper deck where you can relax in the serene atmosphere with music.

You will enjoy a horse and carriage ride to the beautiful Edfu Temple. Two beautiful granite statues of the Falcon God Horus flank the entrance. After your visit to the Temple, you can either ride or take a walk through the bazaar. This is an extensive bazaar where you can use your bartering skills for souvenirs, spices and perfumes.

Cruise to an island where we will disembark to get dinner served at the edge of the Nile if the weather permits. Alternatively, dinner will be served on the Sun Deck, with Egyptian cuisine and Arabic music. Have fun dressing in your Gallabeyah or belly dancing outfit whilst sailing gently to Esna.

Spend a day sightseeing in Luxor. Visit the stunning Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshepsut Temple and the Colossi of Memnon and Karnak Temples. Later you will be transferred to Luxor Airport or Train station for your final departure.

This tour was sensational and made even more so by our guide. Her knowledge was incredible. She shared enough of her knowledge for us to take in but not to overload us. We were a family of five and my youngest girl did not want our guide to leave at the end of the tour.
