Overview

Once you have arrived at the Pharaonic Village you will be able to see how the Ancient Pharaohs lived. Live the history by seeing the people dressed in the clothes that were worn, visit and see the homes they lived in and learn about the kinds of food that they would eat.

Enjoy sailing down the canals that meander through the island. There is a fabulous opportunity to view the replica of Tutankhamun's tomb which shows the inside of the tomb before it was emptied.

Our guide was the perfect host for our tour. He was fun, easy going, adapted quickly to our preferences and was a wealth of interesting information without overwhelming us. In addition to his knowledge he was an absolute pleasure to spend time with and when our tour was over, we felt like we had made a new friend. Overall, it was a wonderful.
