1 Arrival Delhi

Welcome to Colourful India. On arrival at Airport you will be received by our representative and assisted to your hotel.

2 Delhi City Tour

After breakfast tour of Old & New Delhi visit Red Fort, enjoy the rickshaw ride from Red Fort to Jama Masjid via Chandni Chowk, Old Delhi streets. Later visit Jama Masjid, Humayun Tomb, India Gate & drive past Parliament house, President house and visit Qutub Minar. Overnight at hotel.

3 Delhi – Agra drive (205 Km) using expressway

After breakfast drive to Agra, on arrival at Agra, check into hotel for 01 night stay. Afternoon visit Agra Fort and Itmad-Ud-Daulah Tomb (Baby Taj).

4 Agra - Jaipur drive (240 Km) via & Abhaneri

Early morning visit Taj by sunrise. Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday) - the most extravagant monument ever built for love Mumtaj Mahal by Emperor Shah Jahan in 1633. Back to hotel for breakfast and drive to Jaipur via Abhaneri (95 Km from Jaipur): The small village of Abhaneri has one of India's deepest and largest step wells (also known as tank gardens). Step wells are unique to India. They were used as cool places of resort, as pools for ritual cleansing before a temple visit and as a water supply for dry weather. There is a temple adjoining the step well. Later continue drive to Jaipur. On arrival our company representative would assist you to check in hotel for 02 nights stay.

5 Jaipur City Tour

After breakfast proceed for excursion to Amber Fort in the outskirts of Jaipur followed by Elephant ride (optional, direct payment) to the fort. Stop for photography at Jal Mahal, Palace of Winds better known as Hawa Mahal, City Palace Museum and Jantar Mantar (Observatory). Later walled city tour by walk. Start point : from City Palace via Tripolia Gate (Entrance gate of Royal Family), covering the beautiful Jaipur city centre with daily routine colourful life and vibrating pink city, old Bazaars from spices to the exquisite Jaipur savior, visit Bangles street from the smell of tea spices with flower Incenses street. Ending at Ramchandra ji temple with beautiful city view. Optional: Evening dinner with cooking demo with Indian Family (Complimentary)

6 Jaipur – Pushkar drive (142 Km).

After breakfast drive to Pushkar, welcome to the land of saints & seers. Check-in at hotel for 01 night stay. Evening tour of Pushkar visit Holy Pushkar lake, Ghats & Brahma Temple.

7 Pushkar - Udaipur drive (300 Km) via Chittor.

Breakfast at hotel and drive to Udaipur, en-route visit Chittorgarh Fort. Later continue drive to Udaipur, check into hotel for 02 nights stay.

8 Udaipur City Tour

After breakfast visit City Palace, Saheliyon ki Bari, Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal and Jagdish temple. And enjoy the boat ride (optional, direct payment) on Lake Pichola.

9 Udaipur - Jodhpur drive (280 Km) via Ranakpur.

Morning breakfast at hotel and later drive to Jodhpur, en route you will visit Ranakpur Jain Templs (98 Km from Udaipur): Ranakpur is widely known for its marble Jain temple, and for a much older Sun Temple which lies opposite the former. The dating of this temple is controversial but it is largely considered to be anywhere between the late 14th to mid-15th centuries. Later continue drive to Jodhpur, upon arrival transfer to hotel for 01 night stay.

10 Jodhpur – Jaisalmer drive (280 Km/ 5.5 hrs).

After breakfast visit Mehrangarh Fort & Jaswant Thada. Later drive to Jaisalmer, check into hotel for 02 nights stay. Leisure at hotel.

11 Jaisalmer City Tour

Breakfast at hotel and later proceed to sightseeing of Jaisalmer Fort, Nathmal ki Haveli, Patwon ki Haveli & Gadisar Lake. Evening experience the camel ride & Sunset at Sam Sand Dunes.

It was the first time we trusted the internet to provide us with a travel agent, which made me feel a bit apprehensive in the beginning. But Narendra Poonia was so prompt and reassuring in his emails, that we took the risk and were rewarded with a wonderful roundtrip from Delhi to Varanasi, back to Agra, Jaipur and Delhi again. Not everything went smoothly all the time - you cannot expect that with so many different persons supposed to be at your service. But whatever happened, we were able to reach Mr Poonia day and night on his phone and he kept up his caring attitude right to the end when we finally met in his hometown Jaipur and his virtual presence materialized into a most charming person.

Dear Narendra, Finally got the time to write you, because I wanted to have the proper time to describe how much I enjoy my trip to India . It is true that upon arrival, I was not sure how thing will go as we got contact by internet, but now I can happily say that everything was perfect. You have a team of professional in tourism!!!!! I will resume my trip to India as one of my best trips within the last years. You were always there when I called for any question or doubt, even at 4am in the morning. I will never forget our driver Bijan who was always nice, always on time, and always very respectful to all our desires (which were not few). I am very happy to recommend your services as one of the best in India . We visited most of the typical places, but also some others which are not often visited by the tourist as the border of Pakistan , it was a great experience. Amritsar should be one of the seven wonders, it is a very mystical place that make people feel very good all the time. I will soon go back to India with all my family and be sure that “Colourful Indian Holidays” will always be my choice. Best regards and keep in touch

To whom it may concern. After a three weeks individual car tour throughout Rajasthan we have the pleasure to confirm as following: We and our friends here in Austria - altogether 4 persons - had the idea to explore India in another way as usually done i.e. booking such journey via an Austrian travel office. We decided to use the services of an Indian travel office however. Our idea was to rent a car in India with an Indian driver and a German speaking escort throughout the whole Rajasthan tour. After selecting 8 Indian travel offices via Internet and tendering among these we finally chose "Package India Tours" as our partner for the following reasons: Although not being member of Tourist associations like IATA, IATO, TAAI etc, yet, 1. "Package India Tours" off from the beginning of our correspondence were the fastest in replying to our mails, 2. "Package India Tours" were the most flexible and kind enough to elaborate tailor made solutions 3. "Package India Tours" worked out 4 different route alternatives within short 4. giving us pieces of advice with regard to routes, driving and visiting times, hotel standards etc, 5. "Package India Tours" offered advantageous payment conditions contrary to other Indian competitors. (We did not want to having paid the full tour costs before having started here in Austria, not knowing what would expect us in India.) "Package India Tours" and we four in Austria commonly planned the route through India, using a mini bus called "Tempo traveller" (9 + 1 places, A/C, ice box). We proposed our hotels (Travel Guide "Rajasthan" by "Reise Know-how" and "Dumont Kunstführer: Rajasthan und Gujarat") and "Package India Tours" reserved those hotel rooms as proposed and available, if fully booked they found alternatives for us. The tour itself surpassed our expectations in almost any aspect. At Delhi airport we were expected by our tour escort, the driver and an assistant together with our mini bus. And then our tour started through the wonderful and interesting Rajasthan (approx. 3,800 kms + 9 kms on camel backs) with all its wonderful temples and palaces and nature. At the tour end all of us said goodbye to each other at the Delhi airport again. During the journey the Tour escort Jaidev Singh SHEKHAWAT continuously informed us on live, culture, socioeconomics, history and religions in India. Our driver Baghwati SHARMA drove carefully, even-tempered and with high perseverance. our assistant Virendra Singh RATHORE always was at our disposition, when there was need of anything. Our team was excellent, we finally felt like a big family as Mr. Narendra POONIA had predicted at the beginning of our correspondence, when he mailed: Quote Our endeavour is to make your holiday trip eternally memorable and we do so by providing you a perfect blend of utmost comfort, personal touch, best ushering throughout the trip, and all other things required for the real ecstasy out of the unwinding getaway. We also believe that you should carry with you happiness and memories of our togetherness after every holiday trip with us. For us you are not a customer or guest but an esteemed member of our family. Unquote It is much one could add to these explanations becoming too long already. Finally I should like to highly recommend Mr. Narendra POONIA and "Package India Tours" for their friendliness, promptness, efficiency and value of money. If some day I should plan another journey to India I would not hesitate to ask this company and Mr. Narendra POONIA for their kind services again. I ve arrived safely back to Germany on Sunday 16 Nov 2017 and I have been raving about this trip to everyone...Everyone has been asking... People are so envious and fascinated by the once in a lifetime experience that we had in India and I will recommend your tour services to friends. Thanks to your perfect organziation we had drivers guides and hotels avaliable to us throughout the trip and your flexibility when I needed to head back to Delhi early helped me immensely. I had a positive impression thanks to you and you eased our stress before the trip by getting back to our emails promptly and clearly. Our driver was also very key on our trip due to the long distances between locations. He kept us safe took us to clean places was always helpful with our baggage and ALWAYS had a smile on his face. The three of us had a few days in Delhi before starting the tour and you were flexible to accomodate our individual wishes. We also wanted a specific hotel in one location which you were happy to help us with and offer specific advice regarding Pushkar fair. We had a fabulous time in India. It was great to have our own driver at our disposal and Raju went out of his way to be helpful. Everyone was very keen to help. We were keen to make some changes to our itinerary for example, to ensure we had some time to relax by the pools as well as to sightsee, or to view the Taj Mahal without a guide so that we could take our time to soak it all up, and Colourful Indian Holidays were happy to accommodate our wishes. The hotels that we stayed in were very good and modern. I was impressed with the organisation from the start with rapid responses to our emails and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Once we had finished the tour, Narendra still provided us with transport from Delhi airport to the airport hotel free of charge.

Hi Narendra, I just wanted to write an email to say a big thanks to you and your team. We got back to the UK last Saturday and I have not had a moment to write until now. I especially wish to thank Mr Raju who was a fantastic driver and also extremely helpful at every moment. I have attached some photos that we took to remind him and his family of our stay. Please could you pass these onto him. The hotels we stayed at were great the food was always super. All in all we had a fantastic time. We will certainly recommend you and your company to our friends and family. We are missing your beautiful country and will try and visit again. All the guys involved with Colourful Indian Holidays were fantastic. Of course i took a bit of a risk at first sourcing these guys on the web rather than someone local (who were much more expensive) but Narendra (Tour organiser) was extremely prompt professional and accommodating i felt immediately confident in their ability to deliver and it just got better from there (plus the prices were great). Every guide and driver we had throughout the journey was fantastic and we covered all the great sites i couldnot have hoped for a more comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would happily recommend them to anyone. As a marketing manager i appreciate the power of word of mouth and these guys truly deserve the support. Cheers Mark

This company made our Indian holiday very easy. Our driver, Mr Singh, was extremely safe in the chaos of Indian roads and knew his way around Jaipur and Agra. The different guides were also very good.
