PAYMENT TERMS FOR SUPPLIERS
PAYMENT TERMS & FEES:There are two payment schedules of Nett Rates (which excludes our commission payment) as follows:
Payments for activities completed from the “1st to the 15th” of the month will be transferred on the 5th of the following month.
Payment for activities completed from the “16th to the end of the month” will be transferred on the 17th of the following month.
If the total amount of the payments of your completed attractions does not reach $100 USD, we postpone the payment. Payments will be released in the next payment period once the $100 USD cut off has been reached.
Please note transfer times from bank to bank are out of our control.
Should your payment date fall on Saturday or Sunday your payment will be made on the day before or the following business day respectively.
Privatetour.com reserves the right to charge the Tour Operator/Supplier reasonable fees including merchant/payment fees and customer service charges.
SPECIFIC MULTI-DAY / GROUP PACKAGES PAYMENT TERMS (ON REQUEST BY OPERATOR)
Suppliers/Tour Operators offering privatetour.com customers Multi-Day or Group Tours, Attractions, Activities and Safaris exceeding US$2,500.00 please note the following additional Specific Payment Terms:
The Payment process will commence 7 days from completion tour, attraction and activity and upon receipt of completion code.
Tour completion confirmation needs to be verified immediately after the tour.
Transfer times from bank to bank are out of our control. By agreeing to these terms you are confirming that your company is financially in a position to agree to our set payment terms. Failure to comply with our conditions or requests for any adjustments in the agreed payment terms above after a booking will result in your account being immediately removed from our platform.
Transfer Tour Operators: In order to have your account approved for Transfers to be uploaded to our platform all up to date licenses and legal documentation to operate Transfers will need to be uploaded on your account or sent to email@example.com for authorisation.
We do not take or give deposits for products under any circumstances we work as the booking agent if you are not in a position to cover the costs of the activities please only upload what your business can cover.
