Leaving the Colosseum, you'll see the magnificent Arch of Constantine before arriving at the excavated ruins of the Roman Forum archaeological site, where many structures remain intact to this day.

On Palatine Hill, you’ll learn about the legend of Romulus and Remus. One legend suggests this is how Rome was named for Romulus.

    • The tour involves a lot of walking and climbing stairs, especially in the Roman Forum - please take this into consideration.

A private tour costs quite a bit more than a group tour, but there is no way we could have seen as much as we did, and got as much enjoyment out of it, if we hadn't done this private tour. I would definitely recommend it!
