This tour is designed to give you the opportunity to taste New Orleans favorite dishes without subjecting you to strange foods.

This tour if a food tasting tour. We taste between 6-9 appetizers and several desserts.

We visit two or three restaurants and sample a wide variety of local favourites. No one is forced to eat anything they don't want, but we do ask you to try something new.

Travel and experiencing new cultures are often centred on food and in New Orleans, food is a blessing! This tour is in lieu of dinner. In fact, about a third of all groups stop after eating in two restaurants!

The cost of food is over and above the cost of the guide fee. Experience shows that you will likely spend about $50 per person unless you just drink and eat more.

You are in total control of your costs. We make recommendations on dishes and quantities and you choose.

While the focus is on food, most visitors want to include a bit of history, so we include interesting facts, particularly as they relate to food.
This is a walking tour. Each restaurant is within 2-3 blocks of each other.
