Overview

Our Reflections qualified Egyptologist guide will pick you up from your hotel in Aswan at 8.00 am by A/C vehicle.

Our first visit will be to Kom Ombo Temple overlooking the Nile. Kom Ombo Temple differs from others as it has a double entrance.

This temple is shared by two Gods Sobek the crocodile god, and Horus the falcon-headed god.

There is also a crocodile Museum which houses approximately 300 crocodile mummies.

After this visit, take a break and enjoy your boxed lunch which is included in the tour. Then continue to Edfu to visit the majestic Edfu Temple.

Experts consider this Temple the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt which houses important scenes and inscriptions of the sacred drama. It was here that Horus avenged the murder of his father Osiris by killing Seth.

After you have finished your tour enjoy a comfortable drive back to your hotel in Aswan or whichever drop-off you choose.

We had a great tour ! Our guide was so informative and told us all sorts of interesting facts that we never would have known had we just walked around on our own. Our kids loved every minute. Five out of five for this tour…well worth the money.
