Early arrival at the Palace ensures an almost private visit of this gorgeous mansion! You’ll visit the State Rooms to view the breath-taking paintings and priceless treasures and take a walk through the Capability Brown designed landscaped gardens.

Blenheim Palace
Blenheim Palace is one of England’s largest houses and a treasured countryside retreat. Built between 1705 and 1722, Blenheim Palace is owned by the Duke and Duchess of Marlborough and has been open to the public since 1972. This architectural beauty is set in over 2,000 acres of lush parkland and is the only non-royal country house in England to hold the title of a palace!

Free Lunch Pack – More Sightseeing Time
To save you time, money and the struggle of finding somewhere to eat, our tour also includes a totally tasty Lunch pack! Avoid wasting time waiting for a meal in a restaurant - it means you can make the most of each stop and won’t waste valuable exploring time.

Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow on the Wold

Stunning Bourton-on-the-Water is known as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’ – no introduction needed! This town boasts many traditional Cotswolds features, from stone buildings to a gentle river. Wander through the centre of the town and check out the low bridges arching over the River Windrush.

Picked this trip mainly to sightseeing of English countryside away from London crowded summer. Guide Sue and driver Jumma were excellent. The bus with A/C. Locations were as expected and described in website Golden Tours which I found full filling their side. Lunchbox! maybe you should get some snacks with you. Timing is right. Bit hot when at Blenheim palace where lots of walking is needed to enjoy gardens and lakes there. Overall it was a good day escape and change of environment. Worth the money and efforts.

Great day with David and Kirian, the driver. Except for the rain all day the tour went as planned. No one was late or left behind! Everyone was on schedule and followed time frame set by the company. Lunch was ok. Not great but not bad either. Would book with them again.

Took the trip from London to Cotswold and Blenheim palace during my trip in November 2017. Boarded the bus from designated spot though it was a bit difficult to find. It was a comfortable journey from then on. We started early morning and stopped for breakfast in the first village. We then proceeded to see 2 other villages before reaching Blenheim palace. Bourton on the water was the best among the villages. I feel we could have an avoided one of the other two villages to have more time for Blenheim Palace and the surrounding grounds. It was a great trip overall and exploring the countryside was a lovely experience.

We enjoyed a great day visiting the Cotswolds and Blenheim Palace. While always wanting more time to explore all the beautiful sites on the tour, it was a great way to get a good taste of the three villages visited and the Palace. the bus was comfortable and the lunch provided was more than adequate. Ellis, the driver and Sue, the guide were excellent companions on the journey. We enjoyed their knowledge and sense of humour. This is a trip well worth doing for a pleasant day in the English countryside.

The guide was Tony Randall. He was delightful, helpful and full of knowledge. The 3 stops in the Cotswolds were delightful and Blenheim was awesome. It would have been nice to have had a Blenheim tour guide escorted us through the palace as Tony was not allowed to do so according to Blenheim policy.

The tour guide, David, was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Ali, the driver, was also really friendly and courteous. It was perfect for the short time I have in London. The places we visited had nice sceneries. Cotswold would've been difficult to get to without going in a car, so this was a perfect find for us. The pace of the tour was also pretty nice and relaxing.
