Our guide spoke wonderful English and had a great sense of humor too. She took her time to ensure all questions or inquiries were addressed before moving on.
Touring the Salt Mines was an incredible experience. Bring your best walking shoes because walking down over 400 narrow irregular stairs in dim light can be challenging, and your legs will definitely feel it the next day. What a marvelous work of human engineering and creativity! The fact that there were horses living and working so far under the surface of the earth is mind-boggling! This is a must-see experience.

My tour guide was incredible!! She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly passionate. It is evident that she loves what she does and genuinely wants to connect people with this incredible experience.

A fascinating place to visit that pictures do not do credit to. Incredible that all the carvings are made of salt and just continue to get better and better until the final stunning chapel. We were in a perfect-sized group of 12 and were able to see and hear everything without ever feeling rushed. It was excellent. Highly enjoyable and educational tour. guid was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained all the way. Strongly recommended!

Just amazing, has to be seen to be believed. On a practical note, a lot of walking and steps so wear comfortable, practical shoes. It's a constant 16 degrees so wear layers as this is bound to be different from the outside temperature. A bit of hanging around at the start waiting for our turn to get in with our guide, but he was very professional kept us all together, and was very informative. In summary, all are very well organized.
