Xian Group Tour of Terracotta Warriors and Banpo Museum

An amazing trip. It was much more than we imagined and that was thanks to our guide, who really knew his job and made it the most memorable part of our China trip . He even suggested the Tang Dynasty show which we also booked and enjoyed. A great tour company to book with.

Warriors were amazing and the village really well explains the life of these early hunter gatherers. The pottery designs are remarkable and overall this was a good tour.

A GREAT DAY! A visit to the Banpo village was part of this Terracotta day tour and the museum boasts of great collection of artefacts from the Ming dyansty. Really loved browsing through it and really loved this tour.

Definitely worth a visit. This tour was really well put together and it is truly amazing to think the things we were seeing dated back 6000 years ago. You get a good sense of their lives and how advanced they really were at the village. The Terracotta Army is also a sight to see and to think that no two faces are the same. A great tour and I highly recommend.

The Terra-cotta Army I had know about before travelling though I had no idea what to expect when we arrived at the Neolithic Village. The gardens outside are beautiful and inside the museum you actually see the site dig. This was definitely a learning experience which I recommend.

On this tour we saw the amazing Terracotta Warrior Museum, Banpo Site Museum and village. Lunch was also included and I feel that the tour was great value for money.

It was awesome to see the excavations of a 6000 year old Neolithic village and reconstructed dwelling. I thought the Terracotta Army would be the best part of our day, but I loved the village. Highly recommend.

The tour itself was good, but we took our two children aged 6 and 8. They liked the warriors, but got bored very quickly. Also the lunch was not really up to scratch. Our guide was good, but if you are taking kids, bring a packed lunch.

THE TERRACOTTA ARMY WAS AMAZING TO SEE AND THE VILLAGE WAS TOTALLY CAPTIVATING WITH A LOT OF HISTORY.

This tour was very good but would not be interesting for smaller children. There were a few toddlers in our group who were very cranky by the end of the day. However; I still give the tour 5 stars as the places we visited were amazing and our guide was excellent.

One of the best things about this group tour was that we made friends with some of the people we went with. The tour was well organised and the sights were great to see. Highly recommend.

My husband did not really want to go on this tour. He did want to see the warriors, but he is not that interested in history. I booked it unknown to him and he enjoyed the day as much as I did. We made many friends on the tour and your really do not have to be a lover of history to have fun and enjoy this tour. We both will be recommending this tour to our friends.

This combined tour is really worth taking if you are visiting Xian. Our guide was good and shockingly; even the food was good (My husband is very fussy). Thank you for this great day out.

I think it would be very difficult to write a bad review about visiting the Terracotta Army. What an amazing place and to think it was only discovered in 1970's. The museum at the village showcases artifacts from the Neolithic period 6,000 years ago which is mind-boggling. Our guide spoke decent English and we also booked another tour with the same company as we were so impressed.

The bus was very comfortable and our guide spoke good English. The tour itself was good and we saw many interesting places. My only fault would be that the group was to large which made keeping up and hearing what was being said difficult.

Only having a short time to spend in Xian we booked this tour before travelling. We were picked up from our hotel on time and had a great experience. Seeing the Terracotta Army was amazing and also having the chance to visi the Banpu Neolithic village and museum where we learned about the culture of this historic place was very interesting. The museum curators did a great job explaining what life would have been like all of those years ago and seeing real neolithic artifacts made the connection to the past very clear.

Seeing the Terracotta Warriors is a must see in your life. The day trip was well organised and the guide spoke very good English. Well worth the money.

If you visit Xian, the Terracotta Warriors are a must. On this tour you also get lunch and go to the Banpu Neolithic village. It is a fascinating display if you are interested in history and archeology, or even if you are not. There were only 11 of us on this tour which made it easier to keep up and understand our guide. I have to say that this is a tour well worth doing.
