2-day Private Tour: Terracotta Warriors and Huashan Mountain
Overview
On this amazing tour your guide will pick you up at your downtown hotel at 9:00 am in a comfortable private vehicle and your day will begin with a visit to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum where you will witness for yourself this tremendous underground army that was built to protect Emperor Qin Shi Huang after his death.
You will visit the three pits in their order of discovery in the museum with your own professional private guide. This is one of the most famous archaeological finds in the world and if you look closely, you will see that no two warriors faces look the same.
After having a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, continue to visit the ancient City Wall where you will have a bird's eye view of this ancient city. You may walk along the ancient wall or ride a bicycle at your own expense to discover its profound history and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Later stroll around bustling Muslim Street to find lots of mouthwatering local snacks and interesting souvenirs. After the tour, the guide will transfer you back to your hotel.
After picking you up from hotel lobby at 8:00 am you will drive for about 2 hours to Huashan Mountain which is known as the ‘Number One Precipitous Mountain throughout China '.
Located in Huayin City, Mt. Huashan is 120 kilometres (about 75 miles) from Xian. It is famous for natural vistas of steep and narrow paths, precipitous crags and a high mountain range. Upon arrival, you will take a cable car up to the North Peak famous as the Cloud Terrace Peak to start your adventurous experience.
Follow your guide’s detailed information you will hike on top of the mountain to discover temples, sculptures and engravings, pass by the Gold Lock Pass, take stunning photos and enjoy the amazing scenery. Then take the cable car from North Peak down to the foot of the mountain.
Have a break and enjoy a relaxing transfer back to your hotel to conclude the trip.

What To Expect
Day 1: Terracotta Warriors - City Wall - Muslim Street
With pickup from your downtown hotel lobby at 9:00 am, your trip starts with the tremendous underground army that was built to protect Emperor Qin Shi Huang after his death, the world-famous Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. You will visit the three pits in the order of discovery in the museum. These warriors' facial expressions could be seen clearly although they have been buried for more than 2,000 years.
After having a delicious lunch in local restaurant, continue to visit the ancient City Wall. Ascending on the City Wall, you can have a bird's eye view of this ancient city. You may walk along the ancient wall or ride a bicycle at your own expense to discover its profound history and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Later stroll around the bustling Muslim Street to find lots of mouthwatering local snacks and interesting souvenirs. After the tour, the guide will transfer you back to your hotel.

Day 2: Mt. Huashan Trip

I only had 2 days in Xian and from the research I did, the Terracotta Warriors and Huashan Mountain were my priorities - and this tour covered those brilliantly well. The Terracotta Warriors are an amazing window into both Chinese culture and history. The Huashan Mountain had the most breathtaking views. I also asked them to fit in Big Wild Goose Pagoda whilst in the car - and my driver was brilliant, he not only took me there but also showed me some amazing local food stalls and arts and crafts shops and was so informative about both Chinese and local history. I cannot thank you all enough for everything you did to accommodate my needs over those two days.The biggest thank you to Hai, he could not have been a better guide or companion during my time in Xian.

I was in China for awhile touring all over the different states. I decided to do this tour, when i was in Xi'an. It's easy these days to go on line and find tours and trips etc, the company I used was brilliant. there was a way of calling them, which for me was just fantastic. The tour was awesome, I went with 2 friends and we all really enjoyed it and had fun. From pick-up to drop-off, we had no complaints. Highly recommend!!
