Overview

Enjoy comfortable pickup from your Xi’an downtown hotel lobby at 9:00 am, your friendly tour guide will accompany you to visit the highlights in Xi’an on this day.

Have a comfortable driving of around 1 hour, you will come to the underground palace of China’s first Emperor - Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum.

Follow your tour guide and spend enough time to explore all three pits, especially in No. 1 Pit which is the largest, first opened to the public, there are columns of soldiers at the front, followed by war chariots at the back.

Listen to your guide’s live narration of Qin Dynasty history and be shocked by the vivid life-size Terracotta figures. Later you will have lunch at a local nice restaurant for a break.

In the afternoon you have the option to choose two of the following places;

  2. Big Wild Goose Pagoda
  3. Shaanxi History Museum
  4. Bell & Drum Tower
  5. Muslim Quarter
  6. Great Mosque
  7. Gao's Grand Courtyard
  8. Small Wild Goose Pagoda

If you would prefer, the option of only visiting Han Ling Museum is available instead.

To conclude the trip, the guide will transfer you back and drop you off at the hotel.

This tour was absolutely perfect! Our party of 4 enjoyed this private tour so much that we booked another one for the following day. The agenda for the day was ideal. Our tour guide, was excellent. She was very informative and engaging. She allowed us some private time to enjoy the sights and always answered all of our questions, whether related to the sites or just about the general culture. The Terracotta Warriors were amazing and we had a wonderful lunch. Having the choice of where next to visit is the reason we booked this tour in the first place. 5 stars.

Our tour of Xi'an included a cycle ride of the city wall, visit of the Terracotta army and local museums. All were made special as we had a great guide who really knew what he was talking about.

Our guide was amazing. He spoke very good english, answered all questions fully and nothing was too much trouble. We were collected from our hotel at a pre-arranged time and as we are now retired he respected our pace so we didn't feel rushed. We had lunch on this tour and told us so much about the places we visited. Best tour we had on our trip.

This was our first trip to China and it was incredible. Xian was our last stop and we saw the Terra-cotta Army as well as the Pagoda and Muslim Street on this tour. Our guide was good with a very good command of English. Lunch is also included on this tour. I highly recommend the tour as it is great value for money as you have your own private guide and driver.

We had plenty of time to visit the 3 main sites, the warriors, wild Goose pagoda and Xi'an wall. Our guide also took us to a very good local restaurant, where we had a really nice lunch. I can thoroughly recommend this trip and especially the guide.

We had a great day and went to see great attractions such as the Terracotta Warriors, Ancient City Wall, and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The guide could not have been more attentive and I will definitely use this company again no matter what country we next visit.

After seeing the Terracotta Warriors we really enjoyed cycling around the city walls and going to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. This was a fantastic tour and we had a really good tour guide. Highly recommend this tour!
