Overview

Rio Verde is a canyon for all ages and abilities, but that does not make it less spectacular or fun.

An ideal start in the world of canyoning, located right in the Sierra de la Almijara (Granada), its abseils, slides and jumps (some up to 14 m which are optional) will not leave you bored.

There is no need for previous experience or technical knowledge, you will learn everything you need to know along the way from your experienced guide, all while having fun.

To start the exciting day you will be picked up from the meeting point in an air-conditioned vehicle and after around 50 minutes of driving the briefing will begin, followed by the adventure itself.

Following 30 minutes of walking in an amazing environment, you will reach the start point of Rio Verde canyon.

Your canyoning adventure will include rappels (up to 15m); jumps (optional); slides (optional); and some swimming.

You will reach the end point of the canyon approximately 3.5 hours later where you will have a well-earned rest (and snacks).

Time to relax before coming back to Granada.
