Easy CancellationAll sales are final. We can reschedule private tours, personal shopping and wardrobe appointments if we are notified 48 hours in advance. Group tours can't be rescheduled or refunded. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment or private tour to be able to reschedule it within 30 days.
