Overview

Manaslu Round Trekking passes by the districts of Dhading, Gorkha and Lamjung, showcasing its wonders along the way of your journey.

The Manaslu Mountain in itself is the world’s 8th tallest mountain and being in its foothill will be full of fantastic adventures.

Trekking starts from the scenic drive to Dhadingbeshi-Aarughat from Kathmandu.

Aarughat is a small happening town lying on the banks of the Budhi Gandaki River, connecting the Dhading and Gorkha district of Nepal. The bus drive to Soti Khola passing by Aarkhet will be very scenic making for many photo opportunities.

Once you have started walking from Soti you will negotiate unlimited streams, crossing numerous times using the suspension bridge which adds to the wilderness adventure flavour of your trekking in the Manaslu region.

The word Manaslu is very pristine as it means soul or intellect in Sanskrit. This mountain is full of spirit and will rub its spirited soul into your intellectual mind, leaving you feeling revitalized once you go back to your home country.

After trekking for almost 13 days, the demanding and scenic snow-covered Larkey La Pass will appear on your trekking trail. The trail leads you to the high camp of Mount Manaslu from where you can view the prolific mountains.

From here trekking moves towards the Bhul Bule of the Lamjung district from where the bus drive will take you back to Kathmandu.
