On this amazing eight-day cruise you will start at the East Bank in Luxor. Visit the magical Karnak Temples, the most massive religious structure in the world and which covers an area of about 60 acres. The Temples can be viewed as a history book, explaining the history of Egypt from the Middle Kingdom to the Ptolemaic period. The Temples at Karnak were dedicated to the God Amon-re, his consort Mut and their son Khonsu.

Queen Hatshepsut was also the first Queen to send a diplomatic expedition to the land of Punt (Somalia). During your tour, you will discover that she left many monuments as her legacy.
Next on your itinerary will be the two Colossi of Memnon where legend has it that after the famous War of Troy, people would hear a sad voice coming from the statues. However: in later years, it was discovered that this phenomenon was the result of friction between air and tiny holes from inside the figures. Once the sculptures were restored, the voices disappeared.
