Day Tour to Cairo from Hurghada by Private Car

You will be picked up early in the morning by our representative from your hotel in Hurghada. Next, you will be taken by private A/C car to Cairo, which takes approximately 5 hours.

Upon arrival, your guide will take you to visit the fabulous Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. Then continue on to visit the Great Sphinx which has the head of a pharaoh with a lion's body, and which dates from the era of Chephren. The tour also includes a visit to explore the Valley Temple which belongs to the Pyramids of Chephren.

You will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Cairo before continuing your journey to the famous Egyptian Museum, which features artefacts from the Pharaonic era.

At the museum, you will witness 5000 thousand years of art which is considered the greatest and most significant collection of Egyptian art in the world.

Over 250,000 genuine artefacts are presented, including an exhibit dedicated to the Tutankhamen collection of treasures. You will see gold and jewellery which was enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years before it was discovered in 1920 after his tomb was excavated.

Your next stop will be Coptic Cairo where you will learn the background about the Christian & Jewish heritage and visit the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue.

It is now time to enjoy some shopping at Khan El Khalili Bazaar, one of the most famed and oldest bazaars in the Middle East.

At the end of your trip, you will be taken back to your hotel in Hurghada.
