4 Day Cairo City Break

Discover all the different sites in Cairo from the sensational Giza Pyramids to the Churches and Mosques in Old Cairo by taking this fabulous 4-day short break.

On your arrival at Cairo International Airport, our Reflections representative will meet and assist you to your hotel by A/C Vehicle. After checking-in, he will confirm with you the pick up times for your tours before leaving you to relax and settle in.

Enjoy a visit to the amazing Giza Pyramids. The Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. You will also visit the majestic Sphinx which has the head of a pharaoh with a lion's body and which dates back to the time of Chephren. You will also take time to visit the Valley Temple which belongs to the Pyramids of Chephren.

At Saccara you will visit the Step Pyramid of Djoser, which is the world's oldest major stone structure before journeying south to the Red Pyramid and Bent Pyramid at Dahshur. Included in this tour is a visit to Memphis which is the Old Kingdom.

Discover Salah El Din Citadel which is a medieval Islamic fort, before continuing to view Mohamed Ali Mosque. You will not fail to see this Mosque as it is the most distinguishable Mosque in Cairo with its Twin Minarets built in memory of his oldest son.

At Old Cairo you will visit Ben Ezra Synagogue and continue on to the Hanging Church also known as the Staircase Church.

You will visit Abu Sirga Church, which is apparently built on the place where the Holy Family rested. You will notice for yourself the scenes of the life of Christ and the Virgin Mary adorning the walls.

No visit to Cairo would be complete without a tour of fabulous Egyptian Museum which houses artifacts from the Pharaonic period. Here you will be able to view the wonderful Tutankhamun collection of treasures.

After all of this, you will still have time to shop at the world-famous Khan El Khalili Bazaar.
