Exhilarating experience.

This place was amazing. My daughter and I had booked a 2-night stay in Cappadocia, I'm afraid of heights, but my daughter had persuaded me to book the trip. Once you get into the clouds on the ballon, it just takes your breath away, you can see for miles. If you are in Turkey for a holiday, this trip is a must-do, it's a wonderful place to visit.

<p>Wow I have never experienced something like that before, going up in the hot air balloon was one of my favourites, travelling over the hills, and the landscape of Pamukkale was so amazing, and all of the other balloons and their colours really made it such amazing view.</p>

I must say it was an excellent experience. We were collected from our hotel just before 6 am and driven in comfort to the take off area. The balloons were being fired up, and the atmosphere was quite exciting. I felt butterflies when we finally took off, but they soon subsided. Quite glad I took a light jacket as the temperature dropped. We enjoyed breakfast and soft drinks. The pilot was so friendly and made it even more unique, and we loved the flight certificate and champagne to round off the trip.

My family and I booked this tour and after we weren't too sure if the kids would enjoy it, or if they would be afraid of heights. When we got there they couldn't wait to go in the balloon and go up in the sky they loved it which made it the perfect family holiday.

I booked the hot air balloon ride, I was picked up from my hotel, and we had breakfast, then launched into the sunrise and ascended to 1000 feet-stunning! The decent was merely lovely, floating through the valleys and between the fairy chimneys.

When my husband first told me about the tour he had booked for us, I was so nervous and scared as I'm afraid of heights, and didn't know if I would be able to get on the balloon. however when we got on and started to go up I didn't really think about the height, I was too occupied with the lovely scenery and the beautiful views overlooking Cappadocia, I trip I will never forget.

The transfer to and from our hotel was prompt and on time, the driver was a lovely young man with brilliant English. Breakfast lunch was superb! A fantastic spread laid out for us. Because of the weather conditions, our balloon flight was cancelled two days in a row! We were quickly refunded but waited it out as we did not want to miss the opportunity to fly. Glad we did as, in the end, the whole experience was breathtaking.

<p>I was amazed at the scene that we drove into. Countless colourful balloons being fired up and prepared for take off. As the sun was rising, we were up in the air, like something out of a movie. The pilot was charming, breakfast and drinks were included served before the flight. You can take photos and a small bag on with you. I would say wear or take a jacket, as it was a bit chilly. When we landed, we then were taken to pick up our certificates and drink a glass of champagne. Thank you.</p>

<p>So we had an early morning start, had our breakfast and made our way to the hot air balloons, in my mind I just thought there was just going to be one or two however I was wrong there were lots of balloons, when we got in them and went in the air it was just an amazing view all these other balloons in the sky and the mountains that you could see was just fantastic, it was such a breathtaking view and a wonderful experience a must-do while visiting turkey.</p>

We were in the air like an hour, our captain was very knowledgeable and was able to tell us about what we were seeing. After the flight, we had some champagne and we all got some kind of certificate. My husband and I are both well-travelled and in our late 60s. We've visited Turkey several times over the past 20 years and had yet to experience a hot air balloon ride. We were always cautious about how safe something like this was. I had noted we were a little nervous in my email I sent to Gwen and the girls and she made sure the team of young men looking after us, were aware of our situation too. Safety is very important, so before we climbed aboard we were given full, clear instructions of dos and donts. The views from above are very impressive. Words just don't do it justice! Our trip began fresh in the morning. No worry about safety as the balloon rose unwaveringly up air. The chimneys, mushrooms with colourful balloons in the blue sky waiting for the rising sun were excellent! Balloon landing was just a bit uneven.

My husband and I are both well-travelled and in our late 60s. We've visited Turkey several times over the past 20 years and had yet to experience a hot air balloon ride. When my husband first told me about the tour he had booked for us, I was so nervous and scared as I'm afraid of heights, and didn't know if I would be able to get on the balloon. however when we got on and started to go up I didn't really think about the height, I was too occupied with the lovely scenery and the beautiful views overlooking Cappadocia, I trip I will never forget.

We booked the balloon ride, and it was fantastic, however just make sure that when you're going on this trip that you charge your phone up as there is nowhere to charge it, luckily we had our camera.

Ballooning in Cappadocia was a great happening. Took on the tour with a little panic as not overly affectionate of heights but the flight was well worth the trouble of dealing with the nerves and gorgeously bright morning with over 100 balloons soundlessly drifting across the sky. The pilot was very wise and reassuring. The scenery was wondrous. The landing was simple. Don't miss it if you have the timeliness to do this activity.

From the basket, I watched the sunrise over the hills and soaked the valley in a golden glow. The strange land of Pamukkale stood out beautifully. The rock caves stand in support to the rest of the area. Stunning.

The view from up there is surreal. The entire landscape is so beautiful. You should not miss the chance t see this. There are two different timing for the flight. One is just before the sunrise, and one is after the morning. Try to go for the one before dawn. The sunrise view is fantastic. Do not forget to carry your camera.

Getting up at 3:45am was not fun, but the balloon ride itself was well worth it. There were over 80 balloons in the air when we were up, and more going up as we landed.They give champagne after the flight, and of course there is a large Tip Box with sign on it, on the table surrounded by the drink glasses!

I was pleasantly surprised at how organised my trip was. Totally professional, safe and secure. As a woman on my own, I was well looked after and made to feel welcome.

I must say it was an excellent experience. We were collected from our hotel just before 6 am and driven in comfort to the take off area. The balloons were being fired up, and the atmosphere was quite exciting. I felt butterflies when we finally took off, but they soon subsided. A delicious breakfast, followed by a good coffee, then we were off to the launch site near the white cliffs of Pamukkale. We were in the basket and with around 14 people, to be honest, all people in the basket were speechless as we took off and face with the amazing sceneries Pamukkale and Hierapolis. This was an experience of a lifetime!

This was an amazing and unforgettable experience! Everything was organized well, the pick up was just as it was promissed, very punctual, the preparations for the flight went fast, smooth and pretty interesting. The flight itself was...just wow..like in fairytale! After landing we got a glass of the champagne to celebrate the ride and safe landing and then headed back home full of happy memories! All in all, it was great and it is a must do for all the beauty lovers!

I had to write a review of this air balloon trip. It was the perfect start to my holiday in Turkey. I was collected from my hotel in Cappadocia and driven to the take off area. We were told what to expect, but the balloon ride exceeded all expectations. Breathtaking views, breakfast was included, also soft drinks. I would say its a must do.

We had 2 days in Cappadocia and had already chosen a full day tour for our last day. Bought and paid for. We were due to fly out to Istanbul the day after. They could not let us fly because of bad weather conditions, which was more than disappointing. We couldn't cancel our tour for the next day as we would have been out of pocket. We did get our money back eventually. Out of everyone's hands, we understand. We were very sad to have to leave Cappadocia and not take part. This place was amazing. My daughter and I had booked a 2-night stay in Cappadocia, I'm afraid of heights, but my daughter had persuaded me to book the trip. I must say it was an excellent experience. We were collected from our hotel just before 6 am and driven in comfort to the take off area. The balloons were being fired up, and the atmosphere was quite exciting. I felt butterflies when we finally took off, but they soon subsided. Quite glad I took a light jacket as the temperature dropped. We enjoyed breakfast and soft drinks. The pilot was so friendly and made it even more unique, and we loved the flight certificate and champagne to round off the trip.
