We start our day by picking you up from your hotel or apartment (in Lisbon, Cascais or in the South Bank) at 8:00 am.
After a 20 minute drive, we will enter a national forest where we will be surrounded by an amazing natural landscape. 30 minutes later we will arrive in the unique breathtaking Lagoon inserted in a santuary for birds.
After we prepare the stand-up paddle material, you will enjoy a stand up paddle boarding tour where you could also partake in some snorkelling.
After the SUP tour, we will have lunch at a local restaurant where a nice lady, will prepare for you, homemade Portuguese food with products from her own backyard.
After lunch you can relax and tan on the beach or on the cafe terrace untill 16.00, time to go home with many fantastic histories

We went with my son to swim the paddleboards. We had great time. Carlos really cool great with my son. My son fall and Carlos help. So beautiful day lagoon so beautiful.

This was the perfect day. Our instructor Carlos made our day completely perfect. He is so friendly and encouraging and even when I showed no signs of talent at all he was so patient with me! The food we ate was amazing, a moment to be treasured completely, we felt like part of the family. Thank you to everyone for a fantastic memorable day

We went as a family and having never done anything like this before, I was a little nervous especially as my children have all done sports like this previously. I needn't have worried as Carlos puts no pressure on you at all to be able to stay upright, and I surprised myself by not only staying upright but actually falling off less than all my family put together! The scenery quite literally takes your breath away and the food is fantastic, and you do build up an appetite by the time you get there! I would love to do this all over again, we are planning a trip next year and if we make it we will definitely be doing this again!

Really brilliant day. If you are going just to paddleboard you will be shocked by the beautiful landscapes. We came back happy, full and a little sunburnt. Kudos to Carlos - seriously cool guy who made the day a phenomenal experience. You can't go wrong in booking this tour - anyone can do it and you will have the best time

“Amazing experience! Carlos is such a great tour guide and paddle coach. I really didn’t think I’d be able to stand at all but I did thanks to him. The tour is GORGEOUS and a great escape from Lisbon, so much natural beauty and history and Carlos is a lifelong expert. I am a solo traveler who had the tour to myself and Carlos taught me so much and held great conversation the entire time. Can’t recommend enough!”
