Magnificent Taj Mahal One Day Private Tour from Delhi

I have recently started travelling extensively around the world and as a lone traveller, I was a little nervous about touring around India. When I spotted this private tour I went for it as you have your own driver etc and it was totally worth it. The driver was very nice and knew I was travelling alone ( I had contacted the booking service and actually got to speak to someone and they notified the tour guide) and he was just fantastic. The Tuk Tuk ride was an adventure the driver was a little crazy but it was a really good experience. From start to finish this tour was one of the best I have taken so far.

I recently went on a day tour to the Taj with my boyfriend and I was astonished by the place. I checked out the books and had it on my bucket list for years but when I was there I was speechless, it is breathtaking. It was right in front of me and I still can't believe I was there. It was hot hot hot but worth it, the guide we had was great, we skipped the line and did the morning sunrise tour. I have never written a trip review before, however; after having a wonderful experience on our recent trip to India, I felt that I had to say how much we enjoyed your services. Our guide was an expert on the history of the beautiful Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. He was so willing to assist us and he even became our photographer for the day. The beauty of the Taj Mahal will take your breath away I was told, and it most certainly did. Our guide was brilliant and as it was a private tour, it seemed more special. Having an air-conditioned vehicle made such as difference because I did not realise how hot it would be. I have to start with our guide Chandon he knew everything you could possibly think of about the Taj Mahal and he made the day for us. My husband and I had the experience of a lifetime as we got there earlier that we thought so we had time to stroll around with very few tourists. thank you for a great ending to our perfect holiday in India.

We were picked up from the airport, shown the important places of interest and dropped at the hotel. It was a good service.

I could not recommend this tour highly enough. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. From the very start, it was clear that he was passionate about his job and my husband and I were very impressed (it is not easy to impress my husband). Traveling to India was a once in a lifetime experience for us and although we took many tours – it is this one that came out tops.

 He is very experience knows a lot of the history of the places and provide you with a lot of knowledge
His English is perfect and we were very pleased travelling today with him

<p>This was our very first time holidaying in India so we booked a private guided tour to Agra and the Taj Mahal and we were not disappointed.&nbsp;&nbsp;When we hooked up with our driver guide Chandan I just know this was going to be fun as from the start he was hilariously funny and very knowledgeable about his country. When he heard it was our first time in India he took it upon himself to take us on all the &ldquo;scenic routes&rdquo; which was fantastic.</p> <p>We stopped off in a place for some traditional Indian food and lovely coffee which Chandan paid for he was so nice.&nbsp;&nbsp;He was telling us all about the tours we could do and little tips about Agra like where to change money and place to avoid. The scenery was spectacular we lucked out with our tour guide Chandan he knew all the history of the Taj Mahal and all the historical facts he was just great and made the trip for us. <p>I booked this tour I was not sure but now I am happy that I did. Our driver was on time and got us to the Taj Mahal early which was perfect as we were one of the first groups in the gate. We got some stunning photographs our driver and guide were extremely knowledgeable and we avoided the crowds while navigating around the sight. Perfecto! <p>I recently visited Agra with a friend from the US. We were lucky enough to find a guide from Delhi Routes. We went to sighting seeing, shopping, and to lunch.</p> <p>Our guide, Chandan Verma, took us to some fantastic places. He had all kinds of information about the sights--Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, etc.</p> <p>So he made the experience really enjoyable. It helps to have someone explain the history while you're looking around.&nbsp;We had a driver for the day, who was also excellent. But while driving around, Chandan also talked to us about the city and the places we were driving by as well as history about India. The whole day was entertaining.</p> <p>For anyone visiting Agra, I highly recommend Chandan.</p>

I had an amazing experience at the Taj Mahal! From start to finsh! The driver was brilliant then Chandon was a fantastic and informative tour guide. We learnt a lot and very professional! I can't recommend this tour enough it was brilliant.

We had a group of 6 and this tour was spot on, Chandon our guide was great and had a lot of information about the TajMahal, the collection time was a little early and the drive seemed a lot longer than it is but great tour.
