The booking process was fairly straightforward. All the arrangements for the trip went smoothly. The car came to my hotel as planned and then took just under three hours to get from my hotel to Agra. We met our guide Rajeev in Agra and he looked after me all the time I was in Agra. Very friendly and informative and made the visit to both the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort very enjoyable and interesting. Full marks to Rajeev. It was the same three hour journey back to Delhi.

To whom it may concern: My wife and I travelled to India to visit her son who was selected for a two-month exchange with a sister university near Delhi. Our intention was to visit him before his exams in mid-May and tour northwest India, but we had only a few weeks to prepare for this unexpected trip. This level of customer care is what led us to contract Colourful Indian Holidays services. Our driver, Balwinder Singh was prompt and courteous and our guides were well informed, providing good to excellent service. I am very satisfied with the tour we enjoyed with Colourful Indian Holidays and can say that in our experience the service was professional and met our needs.

I was a little hesitant about taking the risk of booking our Indian Tour for a group of eight people from the Internet. However Narendra from Colourful Indian Holidays was so prompt and efficient to deal with and his quote was so affordable for the quality of accommodation and inclusions that it seemed worth taking the risk. We were not one bit disappointed. When we traveled by train the new guide would be waiting right outside our carriage when we arrived at our destination. When we were driven the vehicles were extremely comfortable and spacious. The drivers were excellent and would go the extra mile to ensure we had the best possible experience even stopping for us to take photos when something unusual took our fancy. Our guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. Narendra helped me to work out an itinerary that worked perfectly and allowed us to see everything possible within our time restraints. I would highly recommend Colourful Indian Holidays for their efficiency, friendliness, helpfulness and incredible value for money. I look forward to traveling with them again sometime in the future.

I found it very difficult to try to source and arrange my holiday to India as I live in Dubai. I had already booked flights etc independently but was looking for someone to assist in the booking of excursions etc when we arrived. It was by pure chance that I found Colourful Indian Holidays on the Internet and from the very first contact I had with them nothing was too much trouble. I changed by mind and plans several times but they were always supportive and helpful. They arranged everything that I requested from them at a very reasonable price. Once we arrived their guides and drivers were fantastic and very professional and prompt. I even had an emergency whilst I was there with accommodation that I had booked direct with a hotel which was awful but the guys promptly re-arranged something else for me at an excellent price. I can recommend these guys highly enough, they are friendly and professional and I would definately use them again.

We booked a Taj Mahal, Agra fort day tour. One of the best decisions we made during the entire trip. These guys are professionals at what they do. The vehicle was at the hotel right on time to pick us up with one of their staff members who took us to the railway station, ensured that we got onto the train and onto our seats with no difficulty. On arrival in Agra, we were met by our guide (Sunny) who knew we were his clients even though he had never seen us or photos of us before. I still remain amazed about that. He took us to the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, a delicious lunch, and a few other sites. Sunny is very knowledgeable and is a very pleasurable guide to be with. In the evening he took us back to the railway station and got us comfortably seated in the train. On arrival in Delhi, the guy who had dropped us off in the morning was there to receive us and took us back to the hotel. All in all, the gave us a wonderful day. We would recommend them highly.
