The Forest/Bamboo Mountain Trail Run in Shanghai

This trail run near Shanghai is in the Mountain and Bamboo Forest. It's in the Sheehan Forest Park where there are two main mountains about 30km from the city centre

For years, we have met together for this trail practice running course.

We run from the tree avenue around the mountain and then in the Forest Park to the top. Here you will find one historic church and two mountains both at altitudes of 100 metres. 

Don't think it's so easy, we have hard mode!

The more experienced will finish at 10:30 am and you can now join us for lunch as we consider this to be an important part of the course.

You can change your clothes in the toilet /camp / or in the car.

You will need to take the following: sportswear, running shoes, towel, and sunglasses in case of sunny days.

Our team can also provide a dedicated night running, team building, course according to your requirements, around Shanghai sightseeing areas.

We can also provide a personalized coach for the night running service. The course will include scenic spots and delicious food tasting.
