You will firstly head to visit the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Walk through the solemn Square to the imperial palace, and immerse yourself in the profound Chinese history. Listen to your guide’s detailed narration of the royal history and get more knowledge of Chinese culture.

Later have a short break and enjoy lunch in a nice local restaurant. In the afternoon, continue to visit the Temple of Heaven, which is the place where the Emperors paid homage to the glory of heaven in ancient times.

Continue to explore the Summer Palace (Yiheyuan) - China’s largest and most well-preserved royal park. Stroll around the royal park and explore the man-made ancient structures of pavilions, towers, bridges, corridors, etc.
