Overview

Piazzolla Tango is The Center for Art and Entertainment, with over three thousand square meters dedicated to the tango in the underground art nouveau General Guemes Gallery.

Built in 1915 by Italian architect Francisco Gianotti, he made sure to use only the most luxurious materials of the time were used to build this classic theater.

The theater also has a wonderful restaurant in which you can choose have a truly decadent evening. After dinner we will then be treated to an incredible display of dance and music featuring works by Piazzolla, Pugliese, Gardel, Mores Discepolo and others.

  • * The start time is an approximate departure time from your hotel. Your exact pick up time will be sent to you once you confirm your revervation.
    * Tour pricing not valid for special events which take place on Christmas Eve (December 24th) and New Year’s Eve (December 31st).
    * Christmas Eve and New Years Eve Price is per person and includes Dinner and Show. There is not a Show only option for this evening.
    * Hotels in the Palermo Neighborhood do not include pick up or drop off. You will need to travel by your own means to receive transfers from a nearby hotel.

We loved our tour and our guide. We were able to see so many sites and get a very good understanding of the history of this city. The pace of the tour was perfect, and by the end of the day we were pretty exhausted. There is no better way to have nice tour. Thank you for showing us your wonderful city!
