From the very beginning this was a great trip. The shuttle from the hotel was on time, the staging area where we boarded the bus was clean and pleasant, the staff were very nice, and our driver Thomas was totally clear about the information we needed to have, and fun to boot.

We knew exactly what to expect on the tour in terms of timing, advice for structuring our day, and how the trip to and from would go.

We cannot say enough good things about Thomas. The recorded tour information was great but Thomas was a riot. He made the time on the bus more fun and was very helpful in making sure we got the most out of our day. He is very professional and courteous and it’s easy to see he enjoys his job and the people on his trips.

Thank you for a great day!

A spectacular experience. The bus trip was very comfortable. The bus driver, Felix, was pleasant and very informative. The walk on the glass skywalk was amazing. Cameras and phones are not allowed on the skywalk. All your possessions must be deposited into a locker. You take the key with you. There are photographers on the skywalk who will take pictures of you. The cost is a bit high I thought. $16.80 for one photo or $65 for all of them plus various scenic shots of the canyon. The photos are put on a USB stick.

Our excursion to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam was exciting and definitely a good experience. Our driver Felix was so delightful and knowledgeable. He made helpful suggestions which enhanced our experience by helping us to utilize our time. This was more than we expected and truly one of the amazing wonders of the world. Worth it to see and worth the money spent.

Our driver was the best.. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and even gave us all a nice surprise at the end of our tour. We had plenty of time to enjoy the visit while we were there, but the ride to our destination was just as enjoyable. Thanks Kevin from gray line Las Vegas

Many of us have reviewed on this place and there is nothing left to write about this place for me specially. Truly amazing experience which cannot be just written. You should feel it! Before you planning to visit this place, please ensure to check the weather condition. It doesn't look like it is coldest place in the pics but it is. But the only down thing here is the SkyWalk area. Initially my friends and I thought to lets not visit Sky Walk building just to take pictures, but after a long discussion, we thought we came from a very long way and spending few more dollars to take pictures here would make sense. I would say it's not at all worth of putting $65 for the pictures. Yes! you heard it right. Most of the camera men/women here seems not professional and after seeing your picture yourself, you will be totally disappointed. It may be because the location is such a way that there will be lot of glass reflections in the pictures, snow sometimes, sun reflections which will be a big distraction. Visiting Skywalk is just to showcase your pictures to your friends that you've visited this place and not bluffing. Other than that there is nothing special about this walking area. This is just my experience and we visited this place for a very short time about 4-5 hours.

We reserved the tour a week before our arrival in Las Vegas. Got a super price also. We loved to wake up call, even though we were awake already but it was a attentive gesture. Hotel Pick up was on time, bus was nice and clean. Our Amazing driver and guide Felix was the best! He gave us really great information and tips, not only about the tour but also for our experience in Las Vegas. We would surely recommend this tour to everyone who wants to experience both the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon Thank you guys for making this a very nuce experience for us!

r experience to the west rim Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam was excellent from beginning to end. The morning pickup/departure was quick and efficient with well maintained and clean buses. When we hit the road there were excellent location specific pre-recorded facts and stories, and Thomas filled in with the rest! Thomas was funny, factual, and an all around awesome driver and tour guide. The trip was the perfect amount of time to see the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. The four hour stay at the Hualapai grounds was perfect for gorgeous views and experiencing the skywalk. The drive back was relaxing and fun. My only side comment for anyone going on this trip would be to be aware that the tribal grounds do not have fencing/barriers near the canyon edge. While it is beautiful and makes for great photos, be careful if travelling with young children.

We visited the Grand Canyon with gray line on their premium tour (mini van instead of coach) and it was fantastic!!! Kevin our driver was friendly and very knowledgeable about the areas visited and the Hulapai people. Pick up was very early and left us with a long wait at the depot waiting for others to arrive. Direct hotel pick would have been better in my opinion but this is my only gripe. First stop was the Hoover Dam, which is an amazing feat of engineering, for photos. After a quick rest stop we went directly to the west rim via the Joshua tree forest. We went to Skywalk first at Eagle Point. It's worth the extra to view the canyon this way. Then we went to guano point where had lunch (not the greatest) then walk out to the point. It's impossible to appreciate the scale of this place. It's truly breathtaking. We spent quite a long time just taking in the scenery so didn't have time to visit the ranch, however a new zipline has recently opened and it would have been fun to try if we had more time. After 3.5 hrs Kevin safely transported us back to our hotel in Vegas.

Overall our trip was a good one with everything being well organized to start our day. Pickup at the hotel was timely, which was appreciated. Our disappointment in the day was that once we boarded the bus taking us to the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon, we were informed by our bus driver Ralph that there were too many busses already at the Hoover Dam and that we would not be able to stop there on the way to the canyon. We were just leaving the bus station when he told us this, still an hour away from the Hoover Dam, so I'm not sure what the bus status would have been if we would have actually tried to stop there an hour later. We proceeded on to the Grand Canyon, and we really enjoyed the skywalk, lunch at Guano Point and a short visit to the ranch. I would be cautious about taking small children on this tour though due to the lack of fencing at the canyon viewing areas. We made a pit stop of around 20 minutes at a roadside quick mart on the way back, and then Ralph did a drive by at the Hoover Dam. We wished those 20 minutes at the quick mart could have been spent stopping at the Hoover Dam instead since that was one of the reasons we chose this tour. Overall the tour was good, just disappointing that we were not able to do the Hoover Dam stop.

Grand Canyon West Rim and Hoover Dam Day Tour from Las Vegas with Optional Skywalk, this was a trip of a life time. To see the depth of the Hoover Dam with the history of how it was built was incredible. The fact that it was completed in a little over 4 years is amazing. the tour through the Hoover Dam was so cool. I highly recommend this tour. When I walked on the sky walk my knees were wobbling but the sights were breath taking. Well worth the trip. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Tony our tour guide was very good and entertaining. Had plenty of local stories and statisics about what we were seeing. It is a long day but it is the grand canyon. Wish we had done the helicopter/boat part of the tour but couldn't get the bride on the helicopter. Skywalk is incredible. It along with canyon pictures and words don't do it justice you need to be there. Hoover Dam and Bridge were good as well.

We did the Grand Canyon West Rim and Hoover Dam day tour from Las Vegas with Skywalk last week, and it was the highlight of our trip to Vegas! We got picked up bright and early by our driver Russell, and then went off to the bus depot to pick up our wrist bands and have a quick refreshment stop. When we were there we had our trip fully explained to us by Randy, and we were offered the option of upgrading if we wanted to. After this was sorted, we then headed off on our trip, first stopping at the Hoover Dam, were we had around 20 minutes to see the Dam and partake in any photo opportunities we wanted. Then we got back in the bus and headed off to the Grand Canyon. Our driver that day was an absolute legend and totally made the trip for us. The entire way there and back, Russell chatted to us about areas of interest we passed on the way, told us all about the area, and what to expect when we got to the Grand Canyon. This was no mean feat to be able to entertain us all on a 6 hour round trip, he gave us so much info and was really personable and humerous, so thank you! The Grand Canyon was breathtaking and we are so grateful to have gotten to see it, as mentioned above this was the highlight of our trip to Las Vegas and I 100% recommend the trip, and using Gray Line, to anyone, very professional and well thought out from start to finish. We will return to Las Vegas and we will use Gray Line again without a moment's hesitation.

I loved all the sights this tour had to offer, the sky bridge was terrifying but the scenery was so incredible it was easy to forget that you are standing on glass.... I recommend if you are afraid of heights (or standing on glass) that you hold on the rails and ignore what is under your feet.
