While on holiday in Kusadasi myself and my partner visited Ephesus full day and to my expectations, it went above and beyond we were picked up on time from our hotel by the lovely guide Ozzy whos English was perfect for explaining everything about our trip. Ephesus was out of this world something I highly recommend to everyone who holidays in Turkey. We had a lovely lunch nearby and got to visit Virgin Mary House which was so beautiful along with the Basilica of Saint John and also the ruins of the temple of Artemis. all in all, i would hıghly recommend this tour! Would advise to wear comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking and to have plenty of water which our driver had on the bus.

I have been waiting to visit here for a while so this year, whilst staying in Kusadasi, we made the trip....and was not disappointed! Our tour guide Ilker was extremely knowledgeable and made the visit interesting and fun! The site is much bigger than I expected with renovations done sympathetically, giving a true glimpse of Roman life! I would suggest that the best way to tour the site is from the top entrance, walking downhill through the city, the view from the top of the Main Street is breathtaking! We then were taken to St Johns Basilica to see where he once lived and they built the Basilica after his death. we had a lovely lunch at a nearby Restaurant followed by a trip to Virgin Marys House which is magical and you certainly don't need to be anyway religious to enjoy this amazing piece of History.
