Lagoa dos Salgados is a great place to see a good variety of birds: Flamingos, Herons, Egrets, Ducks, Waders, Gulls and Terns.
Most of the birding will be done from a single point where most of the lagoon is visible.
We may walk a bit on along the lagoon to look for more birds.
Located between the Silves and Albufeira councils, it is the last place where Flamingos tried to breed in Portugal.
