This tour was just right for us. Cruising on the lagoon and stopping at 3 very different Islands away from the city. It was great that we also had time to walk around without feeling hurried after 3 hectic days touring around Venice. My two favorite islands were Murano and Burano and the glass factory was amazing. We had good weather and a good guide who gave us plenty of information as we travelled between the islands. There were eight of us on the tour, so I think that roughly 80 Euro’s each was a good price to pay for a super day out.

Great trip for those with limited time in Venice. Burano particularly beautiful with all its coloured houses. We only had 3 days in Venice so this was the perfect way for us to get to see more than just the main city. We watched a Master Glass Blower create a small vase and a horse, then we had 40 minutes free time to walk around. Next the boat took us to Burano where we had 45 minutes free time wandering around looking at the lovely coloured painted houses and lace shops. The final island stop was Tocello and overall this was a good tour and which the kids really enjoyed.

Murano is interesting, and watching the glass blower display his craft is very impressive. Burano is certainly the highlight, so remember to have your camera ready because the colorful houses are beautiful to photograph. All in all I think this is a value for money tour. If you have more time on your hands then you could opt to do each island separately.

I really like to plan my vacation in advance and pre-booked this tour before travelling. It was overwhelming to witness a glass blowing demonstration in Murano and Burano was so picture perfect with the vibrant colors of the houses and the beautiful lace that the island has been known for. The tour took us to Murano where we saw a glass blowing demonstration and had the opportunity to shop. Then we went to Torchello where we saw the Devils bridge and finally to Burano which is famed for its lace. At each stop we had 45 mins to look around which was plenty to explore, shop or get a drink. We were really lucky that the sea was calm and the weather amazing for the time of year. The highlight for us was sailing back into Venice as the sun was setting which was amazing.
