Our kids booked us this as a present for our 25th Anniversary - a great way to get access to the sites and the bus was good and clean too ! I would recommend doing the bus first though.

Convenient mode of transport. Most staff speak English so language is not a barrier. If one has a lot of time then its idea to have a bus tour of all places of interest before touring.

We always like to do the Hop on Hop off bus tours to get a general overview of a city and which places we need to make sure we see. They did a good job of identifying the highlights of Rome.

The Bus was very convenient. We were travelling with a child 6 years old. The bus covered all we wanted to see. It was always there and it was departing on reasonable times so we were never waiting for a long time. The tickets checking was very easy and the staff was very polite and nice with us.
