Narration over the headset was very helpful, the route was great for the city of Rome. Would have given it a five star but the narration stopped halfway through.

I feel that this hop on and off tour bus is the best way to get an overall full insight into the views of the city. You can get off at any of the local attractions and walk around, and whenever you are finished you find the bus stops and hop back on!! Depending on the days you want their choices!!

A fantastic tour, so easy to use and we saw some great sights we might otherwise have missed! My grandkids really enjoyed it too, as well as the tour we booked through privatetour.com for a guided tour around the Colosseum. Super easy and reliable, great communication throughout. Made my holiday so much easier. Thank you so much!

I had a great time. Buses were clean, not too crowded and staff very friendly. Had trouble with my headset but other than that I was a good day.

We rode the bus for one full route to familiarise ourselves with Rome and the layout. Then on the second route, hopped off when desired. Great way to see the sights especially with parents with decreased mobility!

Excellent route; took us directly past almost everything we wanted to see. The audio guide was helpful as well. A better-marked path to the Pantheon would have been nice, but other than that, it was perfect.

Stops on the right places, reasonable schedule time, if you miss a bus. Good map to collect, fair price, buses and audio well maintained. 5/5

The tour was great and very informative. There were many languages available to choose from. The pick-up points are centrally located, and it is really easy to make your way to the specific sight from the bus-stops. I would recommend posting the WIFI password throughout the bus to encourage individuals to post photos etc and reviews while the tour is happening, I had to specifically ask for the password before it was given to me. Would definitely do it again!

The audio was informative but its did not work in a few seats we were at. there were only 9 stops and a large distance between some stops I think they could probably add in another stop or 2. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

I knew what I was getting in to--traffic in Rome makes this kind of operation difficult. Two negatives--I had to wait a long time for each bus after a stop, and the audio guide was so disconnected with where we actually were that it made it difficult to see what the guide was pointing out. But it was an easy ride, great price, and excellent personnel.
