South Iceland & Black Sand Beach Private Tour - Reviews

We had a wonderful time on our tour to the south coast with privatetour.com. Our driver was fantastic and we can’t say enough good things about him. We started with stops at two beautiful waterfalls (one of them we got to walk behind). That was followed by a stop to view a glacier and the spectacular landscape around it. Our final planned stop was at the black sand beach in Vik. The weather didn’t cooperate but we still really enjoyed seeing the black sand and the cliffs along the end of the beach. As we travelled throughout the day, my wife commented a number of times on how beautiful the Icelandic horses are. Our driver gave us a very special treat and invited us to come by the stable where he kept his horses. We loved getting to see, pet and feed them. They are amazing animals. Thank you so much for making this one of our favourite days in Iceland as we celebrated the new year!
