Who takes the pictures used on the PrivateTour®?
Your PrivateTour® includes the services of one of our professionals who will visit your property and photograph it's most prominent features for inclusion in the tour.
Is PrivateTour® just for homes?
Our primary focus is on offering tours of high quality residential properties. We can also offer tours of commercial buildings, investment properties, apartments, condos and townhouses. Please e-mail or phone us at (714) 224-0450 for more information.
How long will our property appear on PrivateTour®.com?
Your PrivateTour® will be online until the property is sold or withdrawn from the market, and then it is moved to that section of our web site.
How much does a PrivateTour® cost?
Each PrivateTour is priced based on the amount of living space in your listing. We charge 10 cents per square foot. As an example, if your listing has 2,230 square feet of living space, you'd pay $223. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for your convenience. A full-color printed copy of your PrivateTour® is available for an additional charge of $25.
